Z.M.A. (Zinc Magnesium Aspartate)
Function: Stimulates and promotes body's own production of endogenous testosterone.
Habitual Use: 3-4 tablets per day.
Intake Mode: Take only before going to bed, preferably on an empty stomach and away from sources of calcium. Another dose is allowed before training.
Suggested Use: 2 tablets per day.
I personally consider ZMA one of my favorite bodybuilding supplements.
Function: It should stimulate the production of testosterone by increasing the production of endogenous LH.
Habitual Use: 1.5 grams per day (2 caps).
Suggested Use: 500 mg per day.
