How Women Can Build Muscle

Function: Physical and mental health recover, anti-catabolic, improved immune system, increased GH production, increase muscle volume, increase in body weight.

Habitual Use: 10 grams per day or 10 grams per day +10.

Intake Mode: Take immediately after training and before going to bed.

Suggested Use: 3 grams per day.

Carnitine & Acetyl Carnitine

Function: Weight loss through increased transport of fatty acids into the mitochondria.

Habitual Use: 2 grams per day.

Intake Mode: Take the higher dose a few hours before training, the assumption can be divided during the day.

Suggested Use: 200 mg per day.

Z.M.A. (Zinc Magnesium Aspartate)

Function: Stimulates and promotes body's own production of endogenous testosterone.

Habitual Use: 3-4 tablets per day.

Intake Mode: Take only before going to bed, preferably on an empty stomach and away from sources of calcium. Another dose is allowed before training.

Suggested Use: 2 tablets per day.

I personally consider ZMA one of my favorite bodybuilding supplements.

Tribulus Terrestris

Function: It should stimulate the production of testosterone by increasing the production of endogenous LH.

Habitual Use: 1.5 grams per day (2 caps).

Suggested Use: 500 mg per day.
